There is no denying that Sydney is getting bigger with more and more people wanting to move to our wonderful part of the world. But in order to help control Sydney’s expanding population a second CBD is being considered for Parramatta.
Already many consider Parramatta the CBD of Sydney’s west due to it being a central point for a lot of people who live on the west side of town.
However for Parramatta to become a new CBD, a lot of planning is going to be needed first. Having the right infrastructure in place would be crucial for Parramatta and the rest of Sydney if the new CBD was going to add benefit.
It is predicted that Sydney simply won’t be able to cope in the future if a second CBD isn’t invested in.
