Take Out the Bicycle this Week Instead of the Car

If you’ve been noticing more people out and about on their bicycles this week, that’s because it is currently NSW Bike Week.

 

Cycling events and workshops have been taking place all around town to help encourage locals to use their bikes more.

 

Riding a bike is after all healthier, cheaper and better for the environment then driving around in our cars, and so it should definitely be encouraged for short distance travel.

 

So if you are out and about this week and only need to travel to the local shops, how about taking out the good old bicycle instead of the car?
