If you’re looking at buying or selling your home this year, then before you do anything else you should make sure you understand commonly used real estate terms.
It is important to research things like suburbs and home loan providers too, but if you don’t understand the language that is being used then it will make things all the more harder when it comes to negotiating a property sale.
