A lot of people head online when they start their property research, and so I thought I would make it a little easier for those who are looking to find the best online property research tools.
Provided below are links to some sites that can help you compare real estate statistics so that you can find out more about the suburb you’re buying or selling in. Remember though that most of the information provided on the below websites will give you a general idea about areas, and it is always a good idea to talk to experts in the area (such as myself) to make sure that you are getting the most up to date information and that you are interpreting information correctly.
If you are looking to buy, sell, rent or invest then these websites should be able to offer you valuable information.
Nothing beats expert advice though, so if you would like any further help then I’m part of a nationwide network of property professionals and I can help provide you with reliable real estate information and help point you in the right direction, so please feel free to drop me a line.
