The candidates for the upcoming Liverpool City Council elections have now been revealed, so it’s time to start thinking about you want to lead our local government.

The Liverpool City Council elections will be held on Saturday, September 8, and local residents will be voting for the Mayor and 11 councillors to represent the Liverpool area.

You can view information on all of the current Mayoral and council candidates by visiting candidates.elections.nsw.gov.au and searching for the Liverpool City Council. When you find the list of candidate’s names you might be interested in reading where they are from and what qualifications they have to help run our local government. You may also be interested in voting for someone that lives in the same suburb as you so that they are aware of the issues that are important to your locality.
