Planet Arc’s National Recycling Week promotes environmentally friendly values, encourages recycling, and focuses on measures for the public to reduce waste production in Australia. Our Liverpool community are getting into the spirit this weekend with a fantastic ‘Out of this World’ fair that is sure to get you and your families recycling.
This Saturday the 16th of November, grab a bunch of your friends and check out the fantastic stalls, seminars and awesome workshops on offer at the Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre. The Upcycling Workshops are sure to be a hit, where you can bring along a few of your recyclables from home, and turn what you think is rubbish into something unique and useful such as a trendy tote bag, an egg carton jewellery box, some festive Christmas decorations, and loads more cool ideas! The workshops will be running throughout the day so make sure you drop in. For a few dollars, you can purchase some gorgeous recycled pieces at the Artisian stalls.
The fair is completely FREE, and our team at Professionals Paradise Realty in Casula believe that not only will it be a fun day out for family and friends, but will put the community on the right track to improve the environment in Liverpool.
