Well Christmas is over for another year and I think it is a good time to start thinking about all of the exciting things that 2010 will bring.
This year may have been a little down for some, with the Global Financial Crisis and many people having to leave jobs or lose businesses. But it looks like the clouds are clearing and I predict that everyone will be much better off in 2010.
In Casula I have already seen changes for the better. Housing is in demand again, businesses are doing well and new developments are planned to go ahead. I have no doubt that there will be plenty of exciting events planned for next year too!
I know that interest rates are due to go up but I don't think this is anything to worry about as we will also have increased job security and our assets will be going up in value too, so everybody should be set for a much more prosperous year.
So here’s hoping that 2010 will be a great year full of prosperity and good times for everyone, and we can leave the GFC well behind us.
