I just heard through the grapevine that the Liverpool City Council is looking into the option of building a new sports stadium in Liverpool. Now I know we have a lot of sports fans in Liverpool so I’m sure plenty will be excited to hear this news.
A new sports stadium could be just what Liverpool needs. Not only will it mean that we could have World Class Events (such as the World Cup!) right on our doorstep but it may also mean that we may get other new facilities in the area that would be needed to help host these types of events.
But what do the local people of Liverpool think? Do you want a new sports stadium in Liverpool?
