The South West Rail Link has finally been given the go-ahead by the Liverpool Chamber of Commerce.
In case you haven’t heard, the new South West Rail Link is an exciting development for the Liverpool area expected to service 110,000 homes in the south-west growth centre from Glenfield to Leppington.
Work will be starting on the South West Rail Link this month and will be part of hopefully many infrastructure improvements that this area needs right now, to help support our growth and development.
This good news also comes after hearing that Edmondson Park will be getting the sewerage connection that has been halting its development for some time now.
The South West Rail link is expected to be completed by 2016, and the sewerage connection for Edmondson Park is expected to be in by 2012.
It is great to see our local area is forging ahead and hopefully we won’t be seeing in problems in delivering this new infrastructure.
