The week of the 19th – 25th of June is Refugee Work in Australia and so there will be celebrations in the Liverpool community to help acknowledge the positive contributions that refugees make in our local community.
The Liverpool Refugee Week celebrations will consist of a street festival with multicultural entertainment, family activities, information stalls and an awards ceremony. There will also be a Refugee Forum where service providers and community leaders will come together and discuss the changing needs of refugees in our local community.
