Long-awaited plans for the areas of Austral and Leppington North are expected to be put up for public exhibition by the end of this year, with the possibility that they will be ready in a month’s time.
Planning for these areas has been going on for sometime now, and local residents have been eagerly waiting to see how their area will move forward.
Key items that residents would like to know include what infrastructure will be provided in the area, and how it will be zoned to allow for new developments.
The draft plans will include the planned infrastructure for the area and it will outline a timeframe for it to be delivered.
Hopefully Austral and Leppington North residents will be happy with the plans for their area, but once the draft plan is released, feedback can be given before a final plan is put into action.
