A lot of Australian families having been doing it tough lately, with the cost of living going up in almost every direction, so it’s no surprise to see that more and more people are looking for more affordable housing options.
A recent article on Domain, highlighted some of Sydney’s property hot spots, and it seems that more and more property buyers are heading out west where affordable homes can be found.
It’s not surprising really… a lot of properties in Sydney’s inner-suburbs are simply out of reach for most Australian families and you would be hard pressed finding anything for under $500,000 in most of Sydney. You don’t need to move to country NSW to find affordable properties though; there are plenty of affordable properties in Casula and Liverpool where we have easy access to the city and all the amenities you need.
