If you live in Liverpool then you may be interested in taking some time to learn a bit more about our city’s heritage.
The Liverpool City Council recently brought out a heritage guide which maps out the significant heritage landmarks located in the Liverpool CBD.
Some of the locations include St Luke’s Church, The Old Court House, the Memorial School of Arts and Bigge Park and at the locations there are heritage pylons where you can read interesting historical facts about the locations.
Knowing the history behind the area you live in can help make you further appreciate the city that Liverpool has come to be, so whether you’re a visitor to the area or a local, the heritage tour is well worth experiencing.
