Bedrooms – The quickest and easiest way to improve the appearance of a bedroom is to use new and fresh linen on the beds. Neutral tones are generally better and you might like to consider ironing the covers for photos and inspections. Bedside tables will help make a bedroom look more finished and you can dress them up by adding a lamp or a vase with fresh flowers. On the days of inspections it can also help to open up blinds and curtains to allow light into the room.
Bathrooms – Some sellers opt to have their bathrooms professionally cleaned and re-grouted to help make it look as good as new again. If your bathroom looks dated then you can make it look more modern by replacing tapware and accessories or by repainting in a neutral colour.
