Here’s one for all of the animal lovers of Liverpool. The RSPCA Million Paws Walk is coming up on Sunday the 19th of May, and is a chance for you to get out and help raise money for animal care. The walk is the RSPCA’s biggest fundraiser of the year, and therefore, your greatest chance to help and make a difference to animals in need.
You can show your support by registering to walk, asking your family and friends to sponsor you, purchasing merchandise, or sponsoring a friend. There are loads of locations across the state for you to join the walk, so stay close to home or venture out and explore new places.
All animal lovers are encouraged to get involved and help raise much needed dollars to fund the RSPCA’s critical work in the community, including the care of more than 30,000 animals entering their NSW shelters each year.
To get involved simply head over to the RSPCA Million Paws Walk website at http://www.millionpawswalk.com.au/New_South_Wales.htm to register yourself. Don’t forget to bring along your pet, or if you’d prefer to go at it alone, simply lace up your walking shoes and start pounding the pavement to help all the gorgeous animals in need of proper care.
This is the biggest event on the canine calendar, so please lend your support!
