It seems spring is well and truly in the air, and I think our Professionals Paradise Realty team are all starting to get a bit more of a spring in our step knowing we’re heading into the final days of winter. Of course there are many great things about the longer warmer days of spring. But one of our favourite things is the ability to get out and about without fear of getting wet or catching a chill, and getting back into some outdoor exercise. After all, it won’t be long before we’re dressing for summer, and most of us like to have a little bit of spring exercise under or belts before we head off to the pools.
Liverpool City Council are inviting all Liverpool residents to pump up their tires and join in on a FREE monthly cycling group, beginning on September 5 at 10am. The FREE ride in September will be suitable for adults 18 years and over who are of intermediate to experience riding abilities. If you consider yourself reasonably handy on two wheels, and would like to add a cycle to your weekly exercise regime, we’re sure you’ll fit right in to the group. From September the rides will be planned monthly, and will all be lead by a lead cycling instructor.
Of course there are limited places available, and with so many Liverpool residents champing at the bit to enjoy more time outdoors, we’re sure you’ll need to book in quickly. To register your place all you need to do is contact Council’s Healthy Communities Officer on 9821 7771 or 0400 465 420. Alternatively, please email c.guaraldi@liverpool.nsw.gov.au or visit www.liverpool.nsw.gov.au for more information.
