One of the main purposes of Children’s Week is to celebrate the right of children to enjoy their childhood. Next week is Children’s Week, and Liverpool City Council is hosting a brilliant day out for the kids in Bigge Park next Wednesday, October 23, from 2-5pm.
This Children’s Week event is aimed at providing an opportunity for our Liverpool children to rest, play, and join in on a variety of fun activities. There will be plenty of opportunities for children to have fun and engage in new experiences. The activities offered will allow children to increase their general knowledge about their local community (treasure hunt), and their physicality (dancing, rock climbing or sport activity). There will be healthy snacks and information about healthy eating available for children and families.
