Liverpool’s youth are being invited to share their thoughts and feelings about the local community as part of an event for National Youth Week.
The youth campaign is called Dear Liverpool, and it is encouraging those under 25 to share their messages, thoughts, inspirations, observations and aspirations about Liverpool and upload them as pictures on Instagram using @dearliverpoolyw14 and #dearliverpoolyw14.
Some may have already noticed that there have been pop-up photobooths around town where people can take their photos and share them, and there is one at the Liverpool library today from 3-5pm.
Later this month, on Thursday 10th April from 3-5pm, there will also be a Dear Liverpool event at Miller Square, featuring airbrush tattooing, a free BBQ, local talent, pop-up photobooths and more.
Photographs that have been taken for the campaign will be displayed in a Dear Liverpool exhibition at Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre.
