Liverpool’s garden enthusiasts are being encouraged to get their gardens into shape for this year’s Liverpool City Council Garden Competition.
The Liverpool Garden Competition is an annual event that helps inspire local residents to look after their gardens and show off a bit of garden pride.
Gardening is a popular pastime for many of Liverpool’s residents and some would probably tell you that maintaining a garden is one of life’s many joys. A beautiful garden can be a great place to relax or spend time with family and friends.
Professionals Paradise Realty has come across many beautiful gardens in the Liverpool community and we encourage them to be entered into this year’s Garden Competition.
There are a number of categories that can be entered into, and we have listed them below:
- Best Small Front Garden & Best Small Back Garden (for small residential properties such as townhouses and villas).
- Best Large Front Garden & Best Large Back Garden (for large residential and rural properties).
- Best Educational Facility (for schools and TAFEs)
- Best Commercial/Industrial (applies to businesses and properties that use professional gardeners)
- Best Sustainable/Water Wise Garden
- Best Edible Garden
- Most Colourful Garden
- Best Native Garden
The Liverpool Garden Competition is open to all gardens in the Liverpool Local Government Area.
Competition entries need to be in by 5pm on Friday 1st August 2014.
