The Liverpool night markets will be on for the second time this Saturday and this time around they will be hit with football fever, with plenty in-store for Liverpool’s football fans.
The upcoming night markets will be holding a special FIFA World Cup themed event, with SBS on site with a radio van, playing PopBrazil, a radio station that has been dedicated to the World Cup.
The markets will also feature the Western Sydney Wanderers coaching staff, who will be hosting an all-age penalty shootout. The lucky winner of the match will gain exclusive access to a Wanderers clinic in July, and possibly the inspiration to follow a future career in football.
The inaugural night markets event held last month was a great success, and with the variety of entertainment and great stalls that they have on offer, it’s very likely that their success will continue.
The Liverpool Night Markets are held on the first Saturday of every month from 4-9pm on Macquarie Street in Liverpool.
If you missed last month’s markets, then make sure you head along to this Saturday’s, as it’s sure to make for a great night out.
