The Liverpool community is invited to attend the Liverpool Mayoral Charity Ball this month to celebrate our city and help raise funds for some very worthwhile causes.
The event will be a great opportunity for local residents to show their community pride and to network with other members of the community such as civic leaders and businesspeople and of course Liverpool mayor Ned Mannoun.
It is hoped that at least $50,000 will be raised through the event, which will go to the Liverpool Cancer Wellness Centre and the Youth Adult Disabled Association.
Local businesses are encouraged to help sponsor the event to help raise more funds, but individual tickets can also be bought for $150 which includes entry to the black-tie event as well as a three-course meal, live entertainment, and a great night out.
The Liverpool Mayoral Ball will be taking place at the La Roma Function Centre on Saturday 23 August.
