I meant to also mention when I spoke to you today on the phone, just how fantastic Leanne Straube is as a property manager. I have another rental property in Balmain and it never runs as smoothly as my rental property in Prestons. Leanne is so on top of everything, she’s very efficient and always, always so pleasant to deal with. She never misses an inspection time and ensures she lets me know when it is due so I can come along if I like, which works well as between Leanne and I we have all the maintenance attended to and the house doesn’t end up with problems, unlike my property in Balmain.
Leanne truly is one of the best property agents I have ever had looking after either of my properties and I have had rental properties for quite some time. I imagine you may already know she is an excellent representative of Professionals Paradise Real Estate.

If you’ve had a negative experience with a real estate agent in the past, let me assure you, Sam from Professionals Paradise is a breath of fresh air. My experience with him was absolutely fantastic.
From the very beginning, Sam impressed me with his crystal clear communication. He explained everything thoroughly, leaving no room for confusion. He was also incredibly informative, keeping me up-to-date throughout the entire process. But what truly sets Sam apart is his genuine personality. He’s not just a salesman; he’s a person who truly cares about his clients and their needs. You can tell he’s passionate about what he does, and that makes all the difference.
In fact, having faced a negative experience previously, I was hesitant to trust another agent. But Sam completely restored my faith in the profession. His work ethic and genuine care far surpassed anything I’d encountered before.

Really upset that we aren’t managed by Professionals Paradise Realty anymore. We had a really good experience in the short time with our agent Jess who looked after us so well. She acted promptly to our requests and we felt extremely comfortable communicating with her and her team. Top tier real estate agent in my honest opinion.

Jessica, my property manager, ensured that the rental process went smoothly and advocated for me during the outgoing inspection process. As a result, the landlord decided to waive additional costs totaling $650, which I received a phone call from Jessica about. I am thankful for Jessica’s professionalism and dedication to her clients. You hear so many horrible experiences with regards to the dreaded outgoing inspection. I am lucky to have had such a great real estate for my first ever rental property. Throughout our long tenancy, they were consistently professional and swift in handling all matters. Best agents and very reliable services. We have a really good experience with Jessica Lazic and the agents. Very professional and fast efficient actions. We had some maintenance requested which were taken care on the same days with the agents trying to do as much possible to solve the issues. Really love their effort towards the tenants and make them feel like home then a rental property. Good and fast communication, fast service and very reliable for us. Never had such good property agents and highly recommend Professionals Paradise Realty to people looking for a property and even home owners who need property managers for their property.
