I’ve been in the same rental for 5.5yrs. Not only have I found Professionals Paradise Realty to be on the ball professionally with things in general, they’re also very friendly and helpful. Last year (given it was covid related as well) was a particularly bad year for me (and up until now, this year!) they have been nothing but supportive and communicative – particularly both Sarah and Shelly! The turnaround time for emails / calls etc is of a high standard and the same if anything needed fixing in the place, they are straight onto having them fixed / looked at. I highly recommend this team to look after your property needs.
