I meant to also mention when I spoke to you today on the phone, just how fantastic Leanne Straube is as a property manager. I have another rental property in Balmain and it never runs as smoothly as my rental property in Prestons. Leanne is so on top of everything, she’s very efficient and always, always so pleasant to deal with. She never misses an inspection time and ensures she lets me know when it is due so I can come along if I like, which works well as between Leanne and I we have all the maintenance attended to and the house doesn’t end up with problems, unlike my property in Balmain.
Leanne truly is one of the best property agents I have ever had looking after either of my properties and I have had rental properties for quite some time. I imagine you may already know she is an excellent representative of Professionals Paradise Real Estate.

I’ve been meaning to make this post for a while, but I keep forgetting. The team at Professionals Paradise is truly fantastic. Throughout our long tenancy, they were consistently professional and swift in handling all matters. When it came to the end of our tenancy, Sunny and Stuart were exceptionally understanding and accommodating, ensuring a smooth transition for all parties involved. Definitely recommend!

As a landlord, the experience of dealing with Professionals Paradise Realty for the first time has been true-to-word – totally professional and seamless. The onboarding process was comprehensively managed by Michelle, who is communicative, knowledgeable and always available to provide advice when required – nothing was too much trouble. Michelle then worked closely with Jessica and the Property Management team to finalise all the necessary details to lease our property within a short period of time. Best agents and very reliable services. We have a really good experience with Jessica Lazic and the agents. Very professional and fast efficient actions. We had some maintenance requested which were taken care on the same days with the agents trying to do as much possible to solve the issues. Really love their effort towards the tenants and make them feel like home then a rental property. Good and fast communication, fast service and very reliable for us. Never had such good property agents and highly recommend Professionals Paradise Realty to people looking for a property and even home owners who need property managers for their property.

I had a fantastic experience with Professionals Paradise Realty. Jessica, my property manager, ensured that the rental process went smoothly and advocated for me during the outgoing inspection process. As a result, the landlord decided to waive additional costs totaling $650, which I received a phone call from Jessica about. I am thankful for Jessica’s professionalism and dedication to her clients. You hear so many horrible experiences with regards to the dreaded outgoing inspection. I am lucky to have had such a great real estate for my first ever rental property. I have been a Landlord with Professionals Paradise Real Estate for approx 20 years. To say my last tenant left the property in an appalling state was an understatement and both my property manager and myself were extremely surprised someone could leave a property in that condition. My property manager, Natalie Kemp was marvellous. The arranged and spent a lot of her own time having rubbish, furniture etc removed from the property. I had the property painted throughout, new flooring throughout, a/c installed, ceiling fans installed, new oven, gas hotplates and rangehood installed and new vertical blinds. Natalie arranged for all the necessary trades to quote and then allowed access to the property. Nothing was too much trouble and as an interstate investor, it was very reassuring knowing Natalie had everything under control. Natalie was fabulous with communication and keeping me updated on where things were. Even late at night Natalie would still call me to update me. She went absolutely over and above. I would not hesitate in recommending Natalie Kemp to any Landlord who takes pride in their work and doesn’t back away from hard work.

And our property manager natalie kemp has been beyond helpful and kind to us,nothing was ever a bother to her and she was always happy to help us with anything we needed. Stuart helped to sell my Townhouse in Casula. He is a professional and experienced agent who knows the market and has good marketing strategies that are backed up with proven processes. He is not like some agents that produce high pressure urgency and anxiety . He is calm, informative and generous with his time, and helps in every step of the journey.
