Professionals Paradise Realty offers Landlord & Tenant Portal access to important information and documents, online at any time, at no additional cost.
Property information and financial reports are accessed via a secure link on our website. Landlords can view detailed information about their property including photos, features, tenant summary and contact information of their property manager. They can also download current and previous statements together with income and expenditure reports and also view maintenance jobs and invoices.
2. We find tenants quickly.
We get your rental property on the market within hours. Your property will be listed on all the major websites to ensure maximum exposure. Our property mangers have an excellent knowledge of local market rents, supply and demand, and experience in tenant negotiations, We pride ourselves on fast and effective communication and ensure we respond to all property enquires from prospective tenants within 24 hours.
3. We conduct thorough reference checks.
A reliable tenant pays on time and respects your property. At Professionals we have a dedicated leasing team to provide full references checks on every perspective tenant. We are committed to finding the perfect tenant for your property.
4. Looking after your investment
Once you have confirmed acceptance of you new tenant, we move quickly to arrange all the appropriate documentation including:
- The Residential Tenancy Agreement
- The Condition report
- An inventory of any fixtures and fittings (if furnished)
- Bond Lodgment Form
- Other documentation according to the terms of the lease
Your Property manager will also ensure your property investment is well maintained and protected. Professionals carry out thorough routine inspections twice per year. Final inspections are carried at the end of the tenancy.
After each inspection we will provide you with a written report which includes photographs.
5. Timely repairs and maintenance management

At Professionals, we understand that accurate and timely financial management of your rental income if crucial. A comprehensive statement will be emailed to you monthly detailing any income or expenses each month. An end of financial year report will also be made available to assist you with your financial report for tax purposes.
All rent collected is held in our trust account until the funds are released directly to your nominated bank account. The funds are released twice per month, mid month and end of month.
