My husband and I are tenants and April Williams is our property manager. We have rented for a long time (over 10 years) with many different agencies and have dealt with many different property managers. Some have been so disorganised and unresponsive that we have had to leave the property because of it. From the time we met with April, she has been a pleasure to deal with. She is prompt, professional and friendly. We were so relieved by her organisation of signing the leases, requesting repairs etc it has been a breath of fresh air! The care package we received when we moved in was such a nice touch too.
