This agency has been managing 2 of our properties for several years and things have generally progressed well. However recently we have had to work closely with Property Manager, Cassandra whilst undertaking a long overdue renovation of one of our properties. She has been excellent in her ability to identify work to done, juggling quotes, managing contractors, and ensuring high standards of work are delivered in accordance with safety and legislation. Throughout this process she has kept us informed of progress. It’s refreshing to come across someone in this role who is on the ball and can be trusted.
