I am writing this review to offer my thanks to both Misch and Sue for being my property managers. My property was severely damaged by a hail storm earlier this year, which resulted in my property being vacant for 3 months. I was overseas and this made it hard for me to liaise with my insurer, but Misch and Sue acted on behalf and sorted everything out. They helped me claim rental losses, organise repairs, and advertised my property for new tenants as soon was repairs were completed. The biggest thing I am grateful for is their immense commitment in keeping me updated with everything. They were emailing or calling me every few days to make sure I was in the loops with what was happening. If you’re looking for property managers to look after your investments, I can’t highly recommend these guys enough. These guys will give you the peace of mind that you are probably looking for!

SOLD IN 3 DAYS FOR MORE THAN I WANTED!
I cannot recommend Jacqueline Scully more highly. She sold my townhouse within three days of listing it, for more than I was expecting. She was efficient, responsive, honest and an absolute pleasure to deal with. The selling fees were also very reasonable compared to other real estate agencies in the area. Five star service all the way.
