Professional advise resulted in an unexpected windfall.

An awesome agent.
From the opening phone call to the professionals at Paradise realty, I was comfortable I was making the right choice. Intitally I spoke to Joe Zullo, who ironically we bought the house from. We arranged a time to meet the next day and both Stuart and Joe turned up. We spent around an hour together discussing strategies and the most appropriate course of sale to suit us. When the gentleman were both comfortable they’d shared the best of their knowledge with us, the ball was in our court and without any discussion, my wife and I decide Stuart was the right fit for us, and we signed our contract there and then. From that moment on it was smooth sailing. My wife and I were both pretty nervous come auction day, but Stuart put our minds at ease at told us we’d be ok. Ok we were, the auction went fantastic, and we achieved well above our expectations, all thanks to Stuart and he’s team at the professionals at paradise realty. Stuart was FANTASTIC. Even before we signed with Stuart we saw him in action selling our neighbour’s home. Stuart is very much a people person. He is easy to get along with and made sure we were kept up to date throughout the sale of our home. He was always available to answer questions and consistently kept us in the loop.
